James Carter is a master tradesman with more than 15 years of hands-on residential construction experience. His expertise includes framing, finish carpentry, tile installation, home repairs, and the coordination of plumbing, electrical, and specialty trades. As the founder of Sandlot Homes by J. Carter, James brings field-level precision, practical problem-solving, and personal accountability to every project.
James learned the trade through his grandfather, beginning a family tradition of craftsmanship that continues to shape how he approaches his work today. He believes a successful project should not only look beautiful when completed, but it should also be thoughtfully planned, responsibly executed, and built for long-term durability.
Founded in 2021, Sandlot Homes LLC provides the professional foundation through which James serves homeowners, real estate professionals, investors, and property managers. From everyday repairs and detailed finish work to larger residential renovations and property improvements, James remains closely involved in on-site operations and project execution.
